Brit Hotel Calais

The multilingual staff was very helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel only has limited street parking, which can be inconvenient with cars.

I asked for twin room and it was stylish for tea etc.

There was fabulous food, the staff was outstandingly accommodating and amiable.

An Unexpected Breakfast Delight

We had a lovely breakfast with options to cook our own eggs, and the kids particularly enjoyed the warm pastries. The staff were quick to offer help. The hotel's location was convenient, great to explore the quaint streets of Calais.

A kettle in the room would have really elevated our experience.

Perfect, fantastic hotel with respectful people and perfect location to channel tunnel. A great selection of good options for meal. A nice size and stylish rooms and nice sized bathrooms. Location right by a beautiful park with fantastic flower arrangements, and several good restaurants.

The hotel is located in a good area for shopping.

I was quite frustrated with the night staff member. His rude behavior and poor attitude really spoiled my mood. I felt uncomfortable when he shoved our drinks towards us, and I'm disappointed that such behavior was tolerated by the hotel.

The room felt old and cramped, which I didn't expect for the price. And, of course, who would've thought there'd be no kettle? A complimentary tea or coffee setup would have been the least they could do. I almost thought about giving a good review, but I just couldn't.

Oh, the breakfast was a delight! I cooked my own eggs, enjoyed fresh pastries, and sipped yogurt like a true champ. The hotel also feltvery comfy and tidy.

Now, a cheeky critique, limited street parking means you might need to shell out €11 for nearby multi-storey parking. Still, it's a small bump on an otherwise lovely trip.

The room was spacious and clean, a relief after a long drive. Though the furniture felt a bit dated, it didn't bother me too much. The bed was comfy enough for a good night's sleep. It was also nice that the noise levels were low, letting us relax. It felt quite safe, especially as I was traveling solo. Think it could use a little freshening up, but still a decent option.

The room was a standard double and had the essentials like a tv, hairdryer, and heating. Super clean and spacious with a private bathroom that included a shower. The location was perfect, close to the ferry terminal. Breakfast had a great variety, especially the cook-your-own eggs! The staff were super attentive and cute.
